The Capsule’s live event production stands as a vibrant hub for the street dance culture, creating a space where individuals converge to engage their hear, body, and mind in a shared experience that transcends mere entertainment.
Our commitment to fostering community is exemplified through our signature event series, including the “Own The Floor Sessions” in partnership with Nike, which attracted an impressive attendance of over 3,000 participants across six sessions. This initiative featured 12 DJs and 15 dynamic showcases from local dance groups, emphasizing local talent and collaboration. Additionally, the “Own The Floor Battle” drew over 2,000 attendees to Nike Town London, further solidifying our standing in the street dance community. We also hosted an “Olympic Watch Party” in collaboration with Sadler’s and Breakin’ Convention, which welcomed more than 400 enthusiasts, highlighting our dedication to promoting dance as an inclusive cultural expression.
Looking ahead, our aspiration is to broaden the scope of our live events by introducing scratch nights, theatre programming, parties, and professional development opportunities. Through these initiatives, The Capsule seeks to cultivate meaningful, valuable experiences that resonate deeply within the community, ensuring that street dance culture continues to thrive and inspire.
